If you are in a place, watch Mike Greenfield of the Brothers Green make a perfect sourdough loaf. I honestly have very little commentary for this video. Few things calm my nerves like this video. Its clear sounds. Chopin’s piano. The meticulous and methodical nature of the process.

I have zero intentions of ever making this recipe, and yet I can watch it being made over and over again. Sometimes, when it feels like the world is a traffic of static inside your head, all you need to hear is the crunch of a knife against good bread.

Oh wow. That rhymed. I think I just invented my new catch phrase.
